Kevin Ferrarotti, Hartford HealthCare’s EMS System Director, presented the Medical Director Clinical Excellence Award to the eight first responders who worked to save Adam Ritchotte’s life on March 7 when he suffered a near-fatal knife wound while working at Salem Prime Cuts.

Ferrarotti made the certificate presentations at the Gardner Lake Firehouse on Thursday, May 20, as part of a reunion of sorts of all those involved in saving Adam’s life that day.
