Patients with Parkinson’s disease whose symptoms can’t be controlled with medication may be a candidates for a surgical procedure known as Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS).

Neurosurgeon Dr. Patrick Senatus is the medical director of DBS clinic at Hartford HealthCare’s Ayer Neuroscience Institute.
