MidState Medical Center in Meriden is expanding its neurological expertise with the addition of a surgeon, Dr. Patrick Tomak. A neurological and spine surgery expert, Dr. Tomak cares for patients through the Hartford HealthCare Ayer Neuroscience Institute.
