Back pain is universal. It’s the leading cause of disability around the world.

When, sooner or later, your back (or neck) causes enough irritation that it requires medical assistance, you’ll find some healthy advice at The Hospital of Central Connecticut Spine Center.

Sarah Bussolari, an APRN at the Spine Center, will host a  presentation at the Walk to Wellness July 2 at 8:30 am at the Westfarms Rest and Relaxation Lounge (Lower Level of Westfarms near Nordstrom).

In this free educational presentation, you’ll learn how the Spine Center treats adults struggling with back and neck pain or injuries. You can also ask Sarah specific questions in a Q&A session.

The Spine Center, which accepts walk-ins and appointments, treats a variety of conditions, including:

  • Injuries
  • Acute pain
  • Spinal stenosis
  • Degenerative discs
  • Pinched nerves
  • Bulging discs
  • Herniated discs
  • Sciatica
  • Muscle spasms
