Hartford HealthCare Independence at Home has been awarded the Best of Home Care, Employer of Choice 2020 Award by Home Care Pulse.

Only 15 of the 660 licensed private-duty agencies in Connecticut have received this award for 2020. This places Independence at Home in the top 2 percent of Connecticut homecare agencies in caregiver satisfaction.

Independence at Home has been serving the community for more than 30 years. It is a trusted solution to help you or your loved ones maintain life safely at home while providing you with peace of mind knowing that you have the best care possible. The Best of Home Care Employer of Choice award is based on caregiver satisfaction ratings collected via telephone interviews by Home Care Pulse, which uses client and employee satisfaction data to determine their award winners. Agencies that have earned this award are best-in-class for caregiver satisfaction statewide.

“Congratulations to each member of the Independence at Home team for their work in ensuring our caregivers are satisfied with their experience with being a part of the IAH family,” said Michael Nappi, Vice President of Independence at Home.
