Hartford HealthCare doctors on this year’s list come from a variety of specialties including anesthesia, cardiovascular medicine, critical care, geriatrics, hepatology, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry, oncology, radiology and more. The list comes from The Best Doctors in America® 2017-2018 database, which includes close to 40,000 U.S. doctors in more than 40 medical specialties and 450 subspecialties.
